Mainsail Feeder

Does anyone know where I can find a feeder for where the mainsail enters the mast? I'm not sure what the exact name of the part is.

We have a Spinlock mainsail feeder on Ambivalence. Available from either Defender or West Marine. Seems expensive but it works well.
